Sizing, timelines and the practical details of commissioning a piece.
Yes. All three are made to order around your centre stone — round, oval, pear, cushion or emerald — in white gold, rose gold or platinum, in the finger size you need. Bring your own stone, or work with us to source anything from an antique cut or sapphire to a lab-grown diamond.
Absolutely. We can also use your own diamond if you inherited a diamond you want to use — we'll design a new setting around it so the stone carries on in a piece that's entirely yours.
Most settings are hand-finished in our Toronto atelier in four to six weeks. Rush timelines are sometimes possible; ask when you book your fitting.
Every ring includes one complimentary sizing within the first year. After that, sizing and refinishing are quoted per piece.
Appointments are recommended so a jeweller can spend the time with you, but walk-ins are welcome during opening hours.
Ready-to-wear pieces can be returned unworn within 14 days. Made-to-order and custom work is final sale, as each piece is built to your specifications.
Yes — we ship insured worldwide. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout or on delivery, depending on the destination.
